Hi Shane, it varies slightly depending whether are you are looking do to pt personal training or group classes. It's either e15 or e12.50 per hour for PT or e25-35 per hour for group classes. Saying all this I'm going more and more over to team up with instructors and help them to promote the classes on the website, on facebook etc. and split the money then in different ways as I put more time in myself. I guess you are still working in Meadowbrook?

Regards,
Martin

I like your site, but couldn't leave a comment without registering (which I didn't want to do), maybe open up the comments for everybody - no registration needed. You should still be able to check who says what and only allow comment you find appropriate.

You came up few good class names "Hard Core Abs & Legs" .... did you ever think about offering Men Only Classes, it seem to work here - as Pilates is still mainly perceived as a women only exercise, even if a lot of Irish, English competitive sports men use it to prevent injury, through increasing their core strength, flexibility and mobility. The All Blacks rugby player and soccer player in the English Premier League use it - they just call is Core Strength.

It's just finding a way to make men understand that Pilates is for women and man. Most men probably don't know that Pilates was actually developed by a man who did gymnastics, martial arts, yoga and various other strength sports. Any way good luck with your studio.

thanks for your comment - there is not to much regular writing done yet. I hope to make time on a regular basis to create more content in the future. Videos might be a better option, you seem to do add video on your website every so often. I will have a more detailed look and and let you know what I think. Come back again some time or send me an e-mail.

After looking over a handful of the blog posts
on your website, I honestly like your technique of writing a blog.
I added it to my bookmark webpage list and will be checking back in the near future.
Please check out my website too and tell me how you feel.
