Fitness Classes

Body Age vs Real AgeYou can join most of our South Dublin based Fitness and Exercise Classes any time.

Fitness – Exercise Class Time Table in our Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin- there is generally a max. number of 8-10 participants per class (except our Indoor – Outdoor Bootcamp), mats, equipment is provided and parking is free.

We offer the following Fitness & Exercise classes:

     

  1. Pilates Classes for Toning, Conditioning, Back Care Posture, Strength, Flexibility
  2. Indoor & Outdoor Bootcamp – Conditioning Fitness and Exercise Classes in South Dublin
    (Classes run Mondays 7pm, Saturdays 11am and are ongoing )
  3. Core Strength – Flexibility Combo Classes – Men Only Pilates Classes
  4. Kettlebell Classes will start early 2012
    (call for more information).
  5. Prenatal – Maternity – Pregnancy Fitness and Exercise Classes
    Classes will start mid/early February 2012
  6. Get FREE Classes and Personal Training Sessions or Vouchers with
    our referral scheme.

Pay-As-You-Go or Drop-Ins Fitness Classes are possible for some of the Courses.
