Conditioning – Toning Classes, Circuit Training and Pilates Classes based in our Nutgrove Office Park base studio – in South Dublin.
Ideal located for employees of the the office park and the Nutgrove Shopping Centre.
The Circuit Training class is a mix of cardio exercises e.g. rowing, running, skipping etc. and strength and conditioning exercises e.g. weights, dumb bells, TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, medicine balls.
