I’m going to re-start a new set of – Power – Circuit Training Classes Thursday 23rd August 2012 6pm-7pm, the classes will cater for men and women of various ages and fitness levels, the classes are there to 1. Get You Fit 2. Get You Fitter and Stronger if you have already a good level of fitness.

The Classes take place in the Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin – Rathfarnham, Nutgrove Office Park, close to the old Nutgrove Shopping Centre and 2 mins walk from the new Lidl.
We combine toning and strengthening exercises with cardio exercises, see the following sample fitness class video where I demonstrate a short version of a circuit 30sec exercise – 30 rest/change over – 30 sec exercise etc.
