Our practical and informative Prenatal – Maternity Workshops
take place Saturday mornings:
- 5th May 2012 – 10.30am-12pm
- 9th June 2012 – 10.30am-12pm
- 16th June 2012 – 10.30am-12pm
- 30th June 2012 – 10.30am-12pm
- 14th July 2012 – 10.30am-12pm
Join as many workshops as you want, this might be just one or all five, you choose.
These PreNatal and Pregnancy Fitness and Exercise Workshops take place in our Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin in Rathfarnham/Nutgrove, close to Dundrum, Churchtown, Ballinteer, Templeogue.
- Max. number of participants: 10
- Participants must be at least 13 weeks pregnant
- Booking Deposit (non-refundable)

Please bring a copy of our Health Screening Form together with your GP clearance letter, doctors note (stating that you are ok to exercise) along to the first class.
