Pilates Beginners Class starting 7th Mary 2014 in South Dublin
This Pilates class is ideal for you if you haven’t done any Pilates before.
Please bring your own Pilates or Yoga mat, we have mats but recommend that participants use their own mats and place them on top of the provided mat for hygiene reasons.
We have mats for €20, in case you need a Pilates mat.
Our Pilates Classes last for a full 1 hour, we leave 15min between classes to change over, so you have the chance to ask questions and get to know your instructor that little bit better.
You will learn the basics of Pilates e.g. Lateral or Thoracic Breathing, Neutral Spine and Core or TVA contraction and a variety of Pilates Exercises. Those exercises will strengthen your core (various abdominal and back muscles), improve or maintain mobility, flexibility, posture and increase body awareness if practiced on a regular basis.
