Elena and myself are going to start our next set of Pilates Studio and Fitness classes in South Dublin during the weeks of Monday 3rd and 10th September 2012 – booking are taken now.
Classes restart on the 5th, 10th, 11th and 12th September and include:

1. Pilates – Beginners – Intermediate – Advanced:
We use various small equipment e.g. Pilates Rings, Pilates Balls, Resistance Bands, Swiss – Gym Balls, Gym Sticks, small weights, Foam Rollers etc.
2. Men Only Core StrengthPilates – Flexibility Combination
3. Morning Conditioning and Circuit Training Classes
every Monday and Friday 9.45am to 10.45am.
We use Medicine Balls,  Gymsticks, TRX Suspension Trainers, Gym Balls, Dumb Bells, Weights Benches, Reebok Steps, Kettlebells etc.

4. Boot Camp Outdoor Fitness and Exercises Classes
__in Loreto Park, beside Nutgrove Shopping Center in in Rathfarnham, Nutgrove,
__close Ballinteer, Churchtown, Dundrum and Leopardstown.
