Small Pilates Class – Policy in South Dublin Studio

Please keep in mind that there is a maximum number of 8-10 participants in our Fitnecise Studio Pilates Classes in our South Dublin based Studio. We keep participants numbers low to guarantee and provide that little bit more attention and quality.

We offer Pilates Classes and Courses since 2013, 10 years experience from which you benefit. We have worked on a one-to-one or 1-2-1 basis and group basis with various clients e.g.:

  1. Participants who just want Tone Up (mainly their tummies) and Improve Posture:
    Those are the majority of our group class participants, either during our Mid Morning or Evening Pilates Classes, often individuals who work often 8+ hours on a desk in a office or drive a lot and who’s back can be stiff from time to time, but done have any major back issues and just want to keep healthy and fit.
  2. Individuals with Back Issues and Back Pain
    (general tension or stiffness, minor spasms, slipped discs,  prolapsed discs etc.)
  3. Sport people – amateurs and professionals.
    Individuals who want to Stretch, Increase Flexibility, Mobility and Core Strength
    to improve their spot performance. We worked with the Men TCD Trinity College Rowing Squad and UCD University College Dublin – Ladies Rowing Squad in the past.
  4. Retired Individuals
    who aim to stay mobile, flexible, maintain strength and balance.
