Just a quick note that there are still 2 places in our Beginners Pilates Class on Tuesday evening 7.20pm up for grabs. Our Pilates classes take place in Rathfarnham – Dublin 14,
in Nutgrove Office Park Unit F1 – Fitnecise Studio, beside Nutgrove Shopping Centre and
Dublin City Centre – D2.

Video Pilates Classes Set-Up – Fitnecise Studio South Dublin – Rathfarnham, Nutgrove, close to Dundrum and Churchtown

Finally here a brief video of the up-graded Fitnecise Studio. The customer feedback is very good – everybody loves that little bit of additional space, the studio is clean – tidy – spacious and we stick to our 8-10 participants per class for the Pilates Classes.
The additional studio space allows us also to offer more stations for our BLT (Bum, Legs and Tums) or out Circuit Training Classes and Personal Fitness Training sessions.

Give us a call if you are a Group Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer who looks for a studio in the greater South Dublin area to teach fitness and exercise classes or do Personal Fitness Training. We rent the studio out on an hourly basis and have occasionally vacancies for Fitness Instructors, Pilates Instructors or Personal Trainers.

Bin – Coke – Fizzy Drinks – Sodas – to shed those Pre-Christmas pounds. “110 calories on the label” doesn’t mean 110 calories per drink

Drop a few dress sizes just by binning those Fizzy Drinks – Sodas – Coke bottles.

Small changes can have big effects especially if you want to  shed those Post-Christmas pounds.

“110 calories on the label” doesn’t mean 110 calories in the can 😮 wha….. maybe we need a Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move!” anti-obesity campaign here in Ireland as well.

Yesterday evening I finished the initial part of our “Fitnecise Studio” Makeover.

Here a few pictures of the bigger studio. I will post more pictures in the next few weeks.

We also plan to start early Morning Fitness Classes in our Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin, D14, D16 e.g. 7am-7.45am or 7.30-8.15 time and dates will have to be finalized in the next 1-2 weeks. Additional Lunchtime Fitness Classes are also being discussed at the moment.
