A quick WELL DONE to everybody who attended this mornings “Circuit Training Class” especially to the three friends.
We had a good mix of fitness levels. As usual everybody takes it at his or her own pace – yes, I will encourage your to push yourself that little bit extra here and there, use that slightly heavier weight or adjust the exercise so you benefit more.
We mix the classes up and combine cardio exercises (rowing machine, step ups, skipping, lunges, mountain climber etc. etc. ) to boost your general fitness with strengthening and conditioning exercises (press up, shoulder presses, squats, assisted chin-ups, kettle bell moves, medicine ball moves etc etc. )
Join in either next Friday or Monday, that are the days when the conditioning and tining circuits are on. Pilates is on every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
