Most women who have kids and took part in Maternity Fitness or Pilates Classes know of the benefits of Prenatal Pilates Classes e.g. 1. easier birth, 2. a stronger pelvic floor,  3. an hour out for yourself, 4. and a chat with girls who are in the same situation as you.

Join our Prenatal Pilates instructor, Wednesday 26th November 2014 or Wednesday 3rd December 2014 for the last Prenatal Pilates Courses before Christmas.

1. Classes take place: Wednesday 7pm-8pm and 8.15pm-9.15pm
2. Requirement: Participants must be at least 12 weeks pregnant.
3. Max. number of participants: 6
4. Duration:
4 weeks (26th Nov.), 3 weeks (3rd Dec.)
5. Bookings: Pre-booking  essential to secure a place.
6. Fee: €67 (starting 26th Nov.) or €50 (starting 3rd Dec.)
7. Drop-Ins: €20 per class. Possible after you have done at least one 6 week course.
