These classes are designed to help you to drop those unwanted post-Christmas pounds 😉
Here are a few highlights:
1. New – Mindful Movement Class – Monday 11am-12pm
_ A mix of Pilates, Yoga, Stretching and relaxation exercises taught by
_ Dagmara a Dancer and Choreographer who impresses with incredible flexibility and awareness.
2. We swapped our Monday and Tuesday 8.30pm classes
_ Monday 8.30pm – General / Intermediate Pilates Class, starting 12th January 2015
_ Tuesday 8.30pm – Men Only Pilates & Core Strength with Martin

3. Tai Chi and Qi Gong with Master Yang Dong
