Join Karla in our Fitnecise Studio for a FREE Class in Chruchtown, close to Rathfarnham and Dundrum in South Dublin. Karla on Monday 12th November 2012 7-8pm.

The class will be free as it is also a trial for us to see if music volume and this type of class doesn’t interfere with our neighbouring businesses.

All our other classes – including Power Circuits, Pilates, Yoga, Legs – Bums Tums, Men Only Core Strength and Pilates etc. worked out fine during the initial two weeks, since we opened the new studio.

New Wednesday Pilates Classes in South Dublin Starting 7th November 2012

Here is your last chance, before Christmas, to join one of our Pilates Classes in our Churchtown Studio in South Dublin in 2012.
Our Wednesday Classes start next Wednesday 7th November 2012:

  1. 6pm – Pilates Beginners Level
  2. 7.15pm – Pilates Intermediate Level
  3. 8.30pm – Men Only Core Strength – Pilates – Flexibility Combination Class

We introduce various fitness and Pilates equipment during these classes, this includes:

  • Pilates Rings
  • Gym Balls or Pilates Balls
  • GymSticks
  • Foam Rollers
  • Small Hand Weights
  • Resistance Bands etc.

All Fitnecise – Fitness Classes take place in our Churchtown Studio from Tuesday 30th October 2012 onwards

A brief reminder that all our Fitnecise – Fitness Classes are now taking place in our Churchtown studio in 11 Braemor Road, Dublin 14, , there won’t be any classes in the old Nutgrove Studio any more. We moved a week earlier than initially planned. Here a picture that shows the new Fitnecise studio location.

Fitnecise – Fitness Studio moved successfully to Churchtown, South Dublin 14 yesterday !

We are delighted to let you know  that we successfully moved our Fitnecise Studio, yesterday – 27th October 2012 – from Nutgrove Office Park to Churchtown Village, Dublin 14.

A BIG “Thank you” to our four busy helpers and to our new landlord, the owner of “Howards Way Restaurant” for lending us a van, which allowed us to move all the fitness equipment and office furniture within a day.

More pictures of the – new – studio (two class studios for group fitness classes and personal training and two rooms for one-to-one consultations) will follow in the next few days.

We are in the process of deciding which additional types of fitness classes and other health and well being services we are going to make available in the new studio. It will be a mix of various forms of exercises, therapies, treatments etc.

You will  be able to avail of all the previously offered services e.g.
Personal Training, Core Strength Classes, Pilates, Circuit Training, Outdoor and Indoor Boot Camp Classes, Legs Bums Tums, Toning and Conditioning Classes.

We plan to introduce other classes and services e.g.
Yoga, Kettlebells (2013), possibly TRX, NMT Neuro Muscular Therapy, Posture Correction, Diet & Nutrition Advice, Holistic Massage, Reiki, Counselling and  Psychotherapy, NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming.

Let  us know if you can think of any other health, fitness and well being related
services you would like to see offered and that fit in the Fitnecise Philosophy

New Fitnecise Studio Chruchtown – Pictures work in progress

Work In Progress Fitnecise Studio Fitness Classes Pilates Kettlebells Yoga TRX coming soon in October 2012Everything is on track regarding our new Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin, Churchtown – Dublin 14, 16. The painters are halfway there – the personal training studio and one of the treatment/therapy rooms still have to be painted, the floor will be put in over the next few days and then it’s nearly time to move the equipment from the old studio in Nutgrove Office Park.

Elena and myself are going to start our next set of Pilates Studio and Fitness classes in South Dublin during the weeks of Monday 3rd and 10th September 2012 – booking are taken now.
Classes restart on the 5th, 10th, 11th and 12th September and include:

1. Pilates – Beginners – Intermediate – Advanced:
We use various small equipment e.g. Pilates Rings, Pilates Balls, Resistance Bands, Swiss – Gym Balls, Gym Sticks, small weights, Foam Rollers etc.
2. Men Only Core StrengthPilates – Flexibility Combination
3. Morning Conditioning and Circuit Training Classes
every Monday and Friday 9.45am to 10.45am.
We use Medicine Balls,  Gymsticks, TRX Suspension Trainers, Gym Balls, Dumb Bells, Weights Benches, Reebok Steps, Kettlebells etc.

4. Boot Camp Outdoor Fitness and Exercises Classes

Zumba Classes in South Dublin – start in early September 2012

Zumba Fitness Classes in south Dublin Rathfarnham Nutgrove Churchtown close to Dundrum Templeogue Ballinteer Fitnecise StudioI just agreed with a local Zumba Instructor that she will teach Zumba Classes in the Fitnecise Studio from early September 2012.

I will post more details (class times, starting date, fees, etc.) later this week. The studio is in Rathfarnham, Nutgrove close to Dundrum, Chruchtown, Ballinteer, Rathmines, Rathgar, Leopardstown, Sandyford, Tallaght, Templeogue.

Thursday 6-7pm Circuit Training – Conditioning Demo Class in South Dublin – Rathfarnham – Nutgrove

I’m going to re-start a new set of – Power – Circuit Training Classes Thursday 23rd August 2012 6pm-7pm, the classes will cater for men and women of various ages and fitness levels, the classes are there to 1. Get You Fit 2. Get You Fitter and Stronger if you have already a good level of fitness.

The Classes take place in the Fitnecise Studio in South Dublin – Rathfarnham, Nutgrove Office Park, close to the old Nutgrove Shopping Centre and 2 mins walk from the new Lidl.
