1. Classes take place: Wednesday 7pm-8pm (still availability) and 8.15pm-9.15pm (booked out)
2. Requirement: Participants must be at least 12 weeks pregnant.

4. Duration: 6 weeks
5. Bookings: Pre-booking essential to secure a place.
