5 Stress Busting Super Foods Stressed out …. nibble along on these STRESS BUSTING foods πŸ™‚

  1. Beetroot
  2. Nuts
    Get a Trial Mix in the the local super market or health food store.
  3. Protein Rich Foods
    e.g. Lean red or white meats,
    eggs, fish – organic is possible
  4. Berries
    Check Aldi they have them
    nearly always in stock.
  5. Dark Chocolate
    Green & Black is my favorite brand (oooohhhh – you have to try the “Mind + 60% Coco – it’s really tasty), , Aldi and Lidl do high percentage coco, dark chocolate as well.
